We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within India, with no minimum purchase required.
 

Delivery Timeline:
Once your order is confirmed, we carefully prepare it for dispatch, typically within 1-2 business days. From dispatch, our delivery timeline is 5-7 Indian business days, depending on your location.

Return & Refund Policy

At Bülach, we strive to offer the highest quality luxury fragrances to our customers. We adhere to the highest standards of quality control and hygiene. However, under specific circumstances, returns and refunds may be allowed, strictly in compliance with applicable Indian laws.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns
Damaged Products: If the product delivered is physically damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, it is eligible for return.
Packaging Issues: Returns will be accepted if the packaging was tampered with or if there were evident issues during delivery (must be reported immediately).
Unopened Products: Only products that are in their original, unopened, and sealed condition will be considered for return. Any tampering, removal of seal, or usage of the product will render the product ineligible for return.


2. Conditions for Return
The request for return must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this period, returns will not be entertained.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, with the invoice, tags, and any accessories received.
The customer is required to send photo or video evidence of the issue (damaged, defective, or incorrect product) to our customer support team.


3. Non-Returnable Items
Fragrances once opened or used due to hygiene and health regulations.
Products that are part of special promotions, sales, or clearance items.
If the product is purchased through unauthorized sellers, we will not process any return or refund claims.


4. Refund Process
Once the returned product passes our quality check, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
Refunds will only be made to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.


5. Replacements
We do not offer direct replacements unless the product is damaged or defective, and eligible for return.
Replacements are subject to availability of stock. If a replacement is unavailable, we will initiate a refund.


6. Return Shipping
For approved returns, we will arrange a return pick-up at no additional cost to the customer.
In cases where return pick-up is unavailable for your location, the customer may need to ship the product to us. Reimbursement of shipping costs will be subject to our discretion and proof of shipping charges must be provided.


7. Disputes
All disputes related to returns and refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in [Prayagraj, UttarPradesh, India].
